These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Footballer Plus, doing business as Footballer Plus ("Footballer Plus", "we"). By using the site or submitting the form on it, you agree to them.
Using this site
You may use this site to contact our team about our programs, plans and your account. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with how it works, and not to submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Text message program
Program. Footballer Plus customer care messages. If you check the optional SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Footballer Plus about your request and your account, including account notifications, replies to your support questions, reminders for live sessions you are registered for and schedule change notices. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to submit the form, to sign up for a plan, to buy anything from us, or to receive any service. If you leave the box unchecked, we will still contact you by phone or email, and we will not text you.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Footballer Plus does not charge for these messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any text from us. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. To rejoin, check the box on our form again.

Carriers. Messaging is supported on the major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Training content
Our programs and sessions are general football (soccer) training content. Train within your own ability, warm up properly and stop if you feel pain. Speak with a qualified professional before starting a new training routine if you have any health concerns.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos and the Footballer Plus name, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Other sites
This site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
